My goal is always to help people make the changes they want in the fewest possible sessions.
My approach incorporates CBT (Cognitive
Behaviour Therapy), NLP and hypnotherapy because from my experience this is the most practical and successful way to help people
resolve issues in the shortest possible time. CBT has been long-recognised by Doctors and health professionals as the most
effective therapy to change anxiety quickly and permanently. NLP adds to it's effectiveness.
Most of my clients come
from the personal recommendation of previous clients,
referrals from Doctor's and BUPA Wellness and from the coaching and
counselling
I provide to organisations in the public and private sectors for their staff.
I work from a relaxed, confidential
office in the centre of Newbury,
within easy reach of car parks, train and bus stations. I offer appointments
Monday to Friday
from 9.30, my last appointment begins at 8.30 in the evening.
