SMOKING

This one of the most common reasons why people come to a Hypnotherapist and I have been successfully helping people become non-smokers for over 11 years.

·        So often, Hypnosis is usually the last resort after all other ways have failed – when it ought to be the first.

·        Hypnosis is the most natural way of quitting for it is the only way that deals with why you smoke and helps you change your mind, not just the habit.

·        Whilst the average is 2 or 3 sessions, I expect from experience that at least 1 in 3 people will need only a single sessions to become a non-smoker.

·        Hypnosisis helps you to stop at every level. It resolves that battle between your conscious determination and your unconscious, life-long smoking habit so your unconscious mind becomes enthusiastic and determined, it seems natural to be a non-smoker.

·        Hypnosisis is especially powerful in helping to change habits. It overcomes the vicious circle of thinking all the time of the very thing you are trying to avoid. With Hypnosis it simply won't be on your mind.

·        Plan to give up during a "Normal" period, not at some unusual time such as a holiday or when off work, or even when ill. The danger is that when you return to "Normal" so too will the old habits associated with that "Normal".

·        Do continue to go about your normal life, including drinking and socializing.

·        Don't use patches or other nicotine based treatments with this therapy. They only keep the addiction fed – only smokers need patches.
